What is BroncoFusion?

BroncoFusion is the most highly anticipated event of the year at Cal Poly Pomona, brought to you by ASI! This mega-concert event kicks off the academic year with student performances and headlining acts, right on the CPP campus! Past BroncoFusion performers include Dillon Francis, Amine, Ty Dolla $ign, Tinashe, and J.I.D.  Get ready, this year there will be hair tinsel, carnival games, a photobooth, mini golf, free popcorn, snow cones, cotton candy, and food trucks—all at BroncoFusion— the event that every Bronco cherishes and talks about for years to come.

Guest Tickets Update:

Due to limited event capacity established by the fire marshal, we wanted to prioritize current CPP students' opportunity to attend. With the excitement surrounding this year's artists, registration has been significantly higher than usual, and the event has SOLD OUT.

As a result, ASI has made the decision not to offer guest tickets for BroncoFusion this year so that as many CPP students as possible have the opportunity to attend. We appreciate your understanding and know this update may impact plans you've already made.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding as we work to give as many CPP students as possible the opportunity to attend BroncoFusion.

Before attending live performances, it’s important that you hydrate your body with plenty of fluids. Keeping up with hydration early can go a long way. The best way to stay on top of hydration is to set and follow a routine. Always keep an eye on your fluid levels and aim to consume a certain amount of fluid each hour.  It is advised you consume additional fluids to keep up with any extraneous activity, including dancing and jumping. You’ll also want to consider the amount of sweat you produce from the heat and the alcohol you drink when determining the right balance of hydration.

Symptoms of dehydration can range from mild to extremely serious, depending on the amount of fluid loss. The lack of sufficient water in your body, specifically in your cells and blood vessels, can cause a range of symptoms. Even losing as little as 1.5% of your body’s water can impact your body not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Dehydration can lead to confusion and feelings of agitation and anxiety.

Symptoms of mild dehydration may include:

  • Dry mouth
  • Headache
  • Light-headedness
  • Production of urine that is less often than normal
  • Thirstiness
  • Tiredness
  • Urine that is dark in color
  • Urine that is strong in smell
