What is the “My ASI Campus Card” Program

Turn your campus involvement into rewards! With “My ASI Campus Card”, students can collect stamps by attending ASI and Student Government events and activities. The more events you go to, the more stamps you earn. Fill your card to receive prizes and become eligible to be entered into an opportunity drawing for a chance to win the grand prize!

  • Student Government Office (Bldg. 35-1339)
  • BEAT Office (Bldg. 35-1201)
  • Conference & Events (Bldg. 35- 2353)

How to redeem:

  • Once your card is filled, visit the Student Government Office (Bldg. 35-1339) during business hours to claim your prize.

Official Rules, Eligibility, and Prize Structure

Participants must be currently enrolled Cal Poly Pomona students at the time of participation and redemption.

Students may be required to present a valid Bronco ID when:

  • Receiving a stamp
  • Redeeming prizes
  • Entering opportunity drawings

Only the student whose name is on the card may redeem prizes.

NOTE: Cards are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or exchanged.

Each student may redeem a maximum of one (1) stamp card per semester; two (2) cards per academic year

Once a card is redeemed:

  1. The card is collected and voided by ASI program staff.
  2. The card cannot be reused or reissued.

Students may receive a new blank card after redemption, as long as they have not exceeded the two-card yearly limit.

Photocopies of the stamp card are not valid.

1. Stamps may only be issued by authorized ASI program staff at designated events or locations.

2. Each qualifying activity or event earns one (1) stamp, unless otherwise stated.

3. Stamps must be:

  • Official ASI program stamps
  • Placed directly by ASI authorized staff

4. The following are not allowed:

  • Duplicate stamps for the same event
  • Self-stamping
  • Altering or forging stamps
  • Transferring stamps between cards

5. Any card showing signs of the following will be immediately disqualified:

  • Tampering
  • Alteration
  • Unauthorized stamps

1. Each completed card may be redeemed one time only.

2. Students may select one prize from the tier they qualify for.

3. Once a prize is redeemed:

  • The card is collected
  • The redemption is final
  • No exchanges or returns are allowed

4. Prizes are available while supplies last.

1. Opportunity drawing winners will be:

  • Randomly selected
  • Notified through official university communication

2. Students must claim their opportunity-drawing prizes within the stated deadline.

3. Unclaimed prizes may be:

  • Re-drawn, or
  • Returned to ASI program inventory
