Earn your American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification right here on campus! Through a blended learning environment, course material will consist of online modules and in-person sessions. To start the course, attendees will be required to pass the swim test. Participants must attend all class sections, successfully complete the final skills scenarios, and pass the written exam for certification. Certification is not guaranteed. Certification courses offered at the BRIC include CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor, and Water Safety Instructor. Participants must attend all class sections, successfully complete the final skills scenarios, and pass the written exam for certification. Certification is not guaranteed.
