Associated Students Inc. (ASI) Campus Recreation works hard every day to provide recreational opportunities that inspire and cultivate healthy lifestyles, continuous personal growth and a sense of community in an inclusive environment. Here are a few things they’ve been up to lately:

New equipment and furniture, such as key logs, pool deck heaters, barbecue grills and more have been implemented for Aquatics.

Did you know Campus Rec offers a Universal Changing Room for transgender or gender non-conforming people, people who need assistance or people with disabilities? This is just one of the many ways CPP excels at implementing inclusivity on campus.

Campus Rec now offers Large Item Check-In for students with items too big to fit into the day lockers. Simply visit Equipment Checkout and check in your belongings. All large items must be picked up before the day ends!

In addition to the daytime lockers on the first floor, the BRIC now offers lockers on the second and third floors for students to use while they are recharging in the facility!

Campus Rec is now accepting any and all feedback
via our online form or our in-person suggestion box, located on the first floor of the BRIC.

Fitness is now offering Workout of the Day in Studio B! Stop by and challenge yourself with a new, exciting workout. Open Rec hours are as follows: Mondays from 2-5 p.m. and 7-10 p.m., Tuesdays from 2-5 p.m., Wednesdays from 2-5 p.m. and 8-10 p.m., Thursdays from 2-5 p.m., Fridays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturdays from noon to 3 p.m.

Ready for some heart-pumping classes with Zumba, Butts ‘N Guts, TRX Suspension, Yoga and more? So is Campus Rec! For a full, detailed schedule on Group Fitness classes, make sure you check out the website here.

What better way to recharge throughout the quarter than by joining an Intramural (IM) Sports League?! This spring quarter, IM Sports will be offering soccer, flag football, softball, basketball, dodgeball and inner tube water polo! Don’t forget to join their bubble soccer, track and field, badminton, big red volleyball and wallyball tournaments too.

Campus Recreation is inviting full-time professional staff at ASI to participate in the first ever ASI Incentive Program, where staff will join together to enjoy various activities throughout the BRIC. This will provide staff with a chance to increase team work, win prizes and get a good workout all at once!
