Disneyland is undeniably the happiest place on earth, but that doesn’t necessarily mean going during a scheduled school break will make you the happiest person on earth. Unfortunately, it might just be the exact opposite—long lines, hot weather, screaming children… Alice would probably agree when I say that just isn’t my cup of tea.

Here is every feeling you’ll have about being at Disneyland if you plan on going during Spring Break.

Arriving to the parks and realizing going on a weekday doesn’t help because other schools are on Spring Break too.
Beyonce looking done with everyone.

Waiting several minutes just to enter the park.
Taylor Swift stressfully shouting.

Getting stuck walking behind huge families who like to walk 0.00001 miles an hour.
Miranda Priestly from The Devil Wears Prada says, "By all means, move at a glacial pace. You know how that thrills me."

When you realize a large chunk of the park is under construction for the 60th Anniversary.
Beyonce takes off her sunglasses and looks around in disgust.

Getting stuck in line behind a couple who knows no boundaries when it comes to PDA.
Nicki Minaj side-eyes someone and looks away sassily.

Getting stuck in line, period.
Alec Baldwin sits with his face in his hands and says, "This is boring. I'm bored now."

Realizing the ride you’ve waited almost an hour for isn’t even going to be worth it.
Hilary Duff in A Cinderella Story says, "Waiting for you is like waiting for rain in this drought. Useless and disappointing."

Watching your favorite show… with a hundred screaming babies whose parents thought it would be a great idea to bring them to Disneyland even though they’ll have no memory of this trip.
Fergie wags her fingers in the camera and says, "Shut up. Just shut up. Shut up. Shut up. Just shut up. Shut up."

Screaming babies in general.
Nicole Scherzinger says, "No baby no."

When you discover that Frozen still reigns over the entire park even though it’s 90 degrees out, and no one wants to build a snowman.
A man says, "I just want it to stop."

Feeling like you’re about to have a heat stroke.
Charlotte from The Princess and the Frog wipes her sweaty armpits with a tissue and frantically says, "I'm sweating like a sinner in church!"

Being trampled by people who are rushing to cross the street before the parades start.
A grown pug runs over a puppy pug and it rolls away as he runs on.

And even with all the horrible experiences throughout your day, you still fiercely stick by your opinion that Disneyland is indeed the happiest place on earth.
Lucy Hale says, "Love it!"

If you plan on visiting Disneyland this Spring Break, good luck. Remember to go to the Box Office in the Games Room, Etc. in the Bronco Student Center (BSC, Bldg. 35-1110) for discounted tickets, and read up on these tips for your Disneyland trip!
