The Feels of Entering the Last Quarter of Your College Career (As Told by “Orange is the New Black”)

Only a few weeks remain until the beginning of fall quarter, and summer’s end is made more apparent as the last of incoming students wrap up their orientations during these bittersweet September days.

Fall quarter also marks the last quarter of my entire college career, so to commemorate this, I’ve outlined the many feels that I’ve—and perhaps even other soon-to-be-grads—tirelessly encountered during these past few months, illustrated with “Orange is the New Black” gifs.

Sheer excitement as you’re about to embark on the final chapter of your entire schooling career

Uneasiness in your stomach as the anxiety and nerves resurface

Silver-lining solace when you realize that you are not alone in your state of manic excitement and perilous fear  

Slow-seeping inspiration when you realize how far you’ve truly come and the hurdles you’ve tirelessly leapt over

Cheesy admiration and love for all the people who have entered and exited your life during the course of your college career 

Coffee-induced confidence in your abilities to take life by the horns, because you and you alone control the fate of your future
