Being a fan of classic rock can be quite the struggle in modern times. While everyone else is talking about old music from the early 2000s, you’re listening to a 50-year anniversary CD. If you fall into the classic rock fandom then maybe you have experienced some of these struggles.
Musicians retiring means there are fewer concerts you can attend

Time has taken its toll on your favorite musicians. It’s basically a game of what will go first, their vocals or their knees.Concerts you can find are expensive
money burn cash burning shovel
All classic rock performers are “legends”, which means you pay the “legends” price. How much would you pay to be graced by their presence, huh? I don’t even want to mention how much I paid for Desert Trip…  cough *$1000* cough.

Speaking of expensive: All CD’s are remastered, therefore, more expensive

Money can’t buy you love, but it sure does buy you CDs. I guess you’re paying more for the “remastered” luxury?

Yep, two. TWO. 100.3 The Sound and 95.5 Klos. And sometimes, 95.5 is a bit sketchy. It’s really just a slap in the face from radio.

Keep it together. Don’t lash out. Don’t. Oh, my fist is gripping.

Do they actually like The Rolling Stones or did their friend wear that shirt, so they think it’s fab? You never know, but you sure do wonder.

Bob Dylan, born Robert Allen Zimmerman, was born on May 24, 1941, in Duluth, Minnesota. Should I go on? Cause I can.
(Note From Writer: Dylan did classic rock at one point so he counts. I can argue all day.)

While most people go crazy over bass drops in songs, you go crazy for extended live guitar solos

Here’s a 34-minute version of Led Zeppelin’s Dazed and Confused to prove my point.
