Between taking courses, studying, working and the endless amount of responsibilities a college student has, it is a no-brainer that a little getaway is needed every now and then. However, the limited time and budget we have can oftentimes prevent us from booking the trip of our dreams. A cost and time effective solution to this problem can be solved by ditching the pricey hotel or Airbnb and trading it in for a tent, a sleeping bag and all the necessary ingredients for s’mores. Below are just a few of the best local camping destinations for your much-needed getaway.
