Cal Poly Pomona Students
- CPP Student currently enrolled through regular session (and incurs the full ASI Facilities & Operations Fee included in semester registration fees)
- CPP Student enrolled through regular or special session (e.g. Open University, College of Professional and Global Education Program, international program) but not subject to full ASI Facilities & Operations Fee)
- CPP Continuing Student who is academic break (not over two consecutive semesters), approved leave of absence, or is enrolled in the upcoming semester


Faculty and Staff at Cal Poly Pomona
- Faculty or staff employed by Cal Poly Pomona
- Faculty or staff employed by Cal Poly Pomona Enterprises
- Staff employed by Cal Poly Pomona Philanthropic Foundation
- Retired faculty or staff who were employed with Cal Poly Pomona
Cal Poly Pomona Community
- Alumni who completed a degree program at Cal Poly Pomona
- Individuals sponsored by a current member, at the discretion of ASI. Sponsor must be present at time of purchase and is responsible for the actions of individuals in this category.
- Individuals affiliated with the academic mission of Cal Poly Pomona, such as Innovation Village employees

Membership Fees
You are required to activate your BRIC membership.
Activate your membership before coming to the BRIC! Membership activation is required once per semester for every member, including returning and first-time students.
Under 18-year-old Active Students
How to Activate BRIC Membership for Students Under 18
If you are a current and active student under the age of 18, follow these simple steps to activate your BRIC membership:
Step 1: Download the Liability Waiver
- Download the fillable liability waiver from the BRIC membership website.
Step 2: Complete the Waiver
- Have your parent or legal guardian fill out the waiver completely.
Step 3: Submit the Waiver
- Email the completed waiver form to: bricmemberships@cpp.edu.
Step 4: Visit the BRIC Front Desk
- After emailing, visit the BRIC front desk in person.
- Request an Under 18 Membership Activation.
Be prepared to show the completed waiver form and proof of email receipt (confirmation that the waiver was sent to bricmemberships@cpp.edu
Guests
Any current BRIC member wishing to bring in a non-member that does not fall into any of the prior categories may do so if the guest is over the age of 18. A sponsor may only register up to three guests per day.
Guest passes are non-transferable. To purchase a guest pass, the sponsoring BRIC member and guest both must be present and provide a government issued photo ID. Persons observed soliciting members for guest sponsorship will be denied access to the facility.
Guest Day Pass rates are also valid for those who are eligible for membership but do not wish to purchase a full semester membership. Eligible individuals do not need to have a current BRIC member sponsor them for a Guest Day Pass.

Monday - Thursday
- Valid for the duration of the day purchased/redeemed.
Friday - Sunday
- Valid for the duration of the day purchased/redeemed.
Forms
BRIC COVID Closure Credit
Because students were paying their full fees during each term the BRIC was closed due to the pandemic, the ASI Board of Directors approved giving all students enrolled in classes and paying the full ASI Facility & Operations Fee for every semester the BRIC was closed (Summer 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021, Summer 2021) a membership credit to the BRIC to be redeemed through June 30, 2030 at the latest. If you are an alumnus and would like to redeem your credit(s), you can redeem your membership at the front desk or you can email bricmemberships@cpp.edu for more information.
