Unleash Your Potential at our Fitness Studios
The BRIC is home to 5 unique fitness studios that host a wide range of group fitness classes and club activities. Members are welcome to use each studio for their own workouts whenever studios are not reserved for another activity.

Spin Studio
This studio features state-of-the-art Star Trac spin bikes and is dedicated to creating a unique indoor cycling experience.
Studio A: Mind & Body
This unique studio offers a peaceful atmosphere for members to enjoy a moment of tranquility in the BRIC. Yoga, Pilates, mindfulness workshops, and other related group fitness classes call this studio home.
Studios C and D: Multi-Purpose Studios
Both studios offer hardwood flooring and mirrored walls to make any kind of exercise a more enjoyable experience. Dance formats such as Zumba, Hip Hop, and Ballet are regularly hosted here as part of the group fitness classes available to BRIC members.
Studio E: Spin
This is a one-of a-kind studio that provides Star Trac Spinner bikes with a mountain terrain background for our regularly offered Spin classes.
Studio Guidelines
- Studio equipment is for use during scheduled classes and must remain in the group fitness studio.
- Individuals are prohibited from:
- Using tape or other marking material on walls, doors, or floor surfaces unless approved by ASI Campus Recreation staff.
- Touching or leaning on the mirrors.
- Spitting anywhere except in designated trash receptacles.
- Full contact training (including, but not limited to grappling & striking) outside of supervised instructional classes our authorized sport club practices.
- Consuming any food, gum, and/or beverages in the studio with the exception of clear, drinking water in a non-breakable container.
- Wearing shoes that will mark the floors.
- Deadweight hanging exercises on the speed bags, punching bags, bars, or TRX bands.
3. Only authorized and trained ASI Campus Recreation staff are permitted to operate audio equipment and unlock equipment storage.
4. Monopolization of a studio during open recreation usage, as determined by ASI Campus Recreation staff, is not permitted. Groups of four or more must secure an advanced reservation.
5. Participants utilizing Studio B must:
- Supply personal hand wraps when using boxing gloves.
- Wear protective hand gear when using the heavy bag.
- Complete any required safety orientations provided by ASI Campus Recreation prior to accessing the studio.
- Wear closed-toe shoes at all times.
- Check in at the Equipment Checkout desk before utilizing the Open Recreation time.
6. Only trained and authorized ASI Campus Recreation Staff are permitted to teach or instruct technical skills.
