The BRIC now offers gear rentals for your own personal outdoor adventures! Camping and backpacking gear is available to BRIC members for a low cost to help you get outside. Gear is offered on a first come, first serve basis. See form link below:
The Gear Rental center will be closed beginning 4/26/2024 for inventory and maintenance.
Place an Order
If you are interested in renting gear, please fill out this form at least 3 days before your planned pick up date. After filling out the form, we will reach out to you to schedule a pick up time for your gear.
Based on inventory, all equipment requested may not be available. A follow up email is required to confirm equipment reservation and pick up.

By renting equipment from ASI Gear Rental Center (GRC), the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:
The renter acknowledges that the equipment is in good working condition at the time of rental. It is the renter’s responsibility to inspect the equipment before use and report any defects or issues immediately. The renter agrees to use the equipment in a safe and responsible manner and only for its intended purpose. The renter is responsible for any damage caused by misuse or neglect. ASI Gear Rental Center (GRC) is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the use of the rented equipment. The renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment. The renter is responsible for having adequate insurance coverage for the rented equipment. ASI Gear Rental Center (GRC) does not provide insurance for the rented gear. The renter agrees to return the equipment in the same condition as it was rented, by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may be subject to additional fees. The renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of the equipment during the rental period. The renter agrees to pay for repairs or replacement costs as determined by ASI Gear Rental Center (GRC). The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ASI Gear Rental Center (GRC), its owners, and employees from any claims, actions, damages, or losses arising out of the use or possession of the rented equipment.
