  • CPP Student currently enrolled through regular session (and incurs the full ASI Facilities & Operations Fee included in semester registration fees)
  • CPP Student enrolled through regular or special session (e.g. Open University, College of Professional and Global Education Program, international program) but not subject to full ASI Facilities & Operations Fee)
  • CPP Continuing Student who is academic break (not over two consecutive semesters), approved leave of absence, or is enrolled in the upcoming semester

Additional Information Regarding Fees 

  • Fees are assessed annually and may increase based on the Higher Education Price Index (HEPI). 
  • Fees are prorated based on the starting date of membership.

You are required to activate your BRIC membership.

Activate your membership before coming to the BRIC! Membership activation is required once per semester for every member, including returning and first-time students.

On the ASI Portal or ASICPP app, make sure you’re logged in

Accept Waivers
Click “Checkout”

Print from home, or pick up from the BRIC, the Under 18 Waiver, and have a parent/guardian sign with a wet signature. Then, bring the signed waiver to the BRIC to activate your membership.

If your parent/guardian lives out of the state or region, an exception can be made by emailing bricmemberships@cpp.edu. From there, you will be assisted in getting your membership activated.

Guests

Any current BRIC member wishing to bring in a non-member that does not fall into any of the prior categories may do so if the guest is over the age of 18. A sponsor may only register up to three guests per day.   

Guest passes are non-transferable. To purchase a guest pass, the sponsoring BRIC member and guest both must be present and provide a government issued photo ID. Persons observed soliciting members for guest sponsorship will be denied access to the facility. 

Guest Day Pass rates are also valid for those who are eligible for membership but do not wish to purchase a full semester membership. Eligible individuals do not need to have a current BRIC member sponsor them for a Guest Day Pass.

Forms

All eligible BRIC members must agree to waiver and policies documents prior to gaining access to the BRIC.

Policies & Guidelines

Facility users must obey all policies and posted guidelines as well as comply with decisions made by BRIC staff.

BRIC COVID Closure Credit

Because students were paying their full fees during each term the BRIC was closed due to the pandemic, the ASI Board of Directors approved giving all students enrolled in classes and paying the full ASI Facility & Operations Fee for every semester the BRIC was closed (Summer 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021, Summer 2021) a membership credit to the BRIC to be redeemed through June 30, 2030 at the latest. If you are an alumnus and would like to redeem your credit(s), you can redeem your membership at the front desk or you can email bricmemberships@cpp.edu for more information.
