Join Group Fitness Classes at the BRIC!

Tired of the treadmill? Join the Bronco community for a great workout in a group setting. Each class is designed and taught by certified instructors. Our group fitness programs provide a variety of classes including Aquatics, Cardio & Strength, Dance, Martial Arts, and Mind & Body.

All group fitness classes are offered at no additional cost to BRIC members. Non-members may join a class after purchasing a day-use pass.

Registration opens 24 hours prior to class start time. Registrations will not be held for participants who arrive 7 minutes after the class start time.

Types of Classes

Aquatics

If you’re looking for a fun, interactive workout, then Aquatic group fitness classes hosted at the BRIC pool are perfect for you! Workouts consist of combined yoga techniques, land, and aquatic exercises to create a fun, dynamic community.
All students are welcome to participate, regardless of experience. Workouts are designed to last 45 to 50 minutes. Classes may include but are not limited to: FitFloat, Aqua Circuit, Water Polo, Water Aerobics, Mermaid Fitness, and more.

Cardio & Strength

Get your heart pumping with a challenging, yet welcoming environment for our members to build their fitness levels in a safe environment. No previous experience is required, and all equipment will be provided. Classes may include but are not limited to: Bootcamp, Circuit Training, and Spinning.

Dance

Bust a move and join the party in one of our specialty dance classes offered at the BRIC! All levels of experience are welcome in our dance classes. Classes may include but are not limited to: Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Dance Technique, and Zumba.

Martial Arts

Punch, kick, and grapple your way to your fitness goals in one of our many martial arts classes. No previous experience in any martial arts is required. All equipment will be provided, but members are welcome to bring their own equipment.

Classes may include, but are not limited to: Boxing, Filipino Martial Arts, Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Tae Kwon Do.

Mind & Body

Take a moment to breathe and find your balance with one of our many Mind & Body class offerings. No previous experience is required, and all equipment will be provided. 

Classes may include, but are not limited to: Cardio Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Mat Pilates, Meditation, Pilates Reformer, and Suspension Pilates.
