Made for all levels and will not only deepen your stretching, but work on relaxing your body, mind and spirit. Working with the classic Yoga poses we will strengthen and deepen your flexibility and alongside work on expanding your breathing. An active BRIC membership is required to register. Non-members may purchase a day pass and register for classes at the BRIC front desk. Registration opens 24 hours prior to the start of class.
