This class focuses on the foundations of wrestling, emphasizing takedowns and their transferability to Jiu-Jitsu. Participants will engage in strength and conditioning exercises to enhance wrestling performance and overall physical fitness. An active BRIC membership is required to register. Non-members may purchase a day pass and register for classes at the BRIC front desk. Registration opens 24 hours prior to the start of class.
