Reformer Pilates is a contemporary Pilates class that uses the reformer and additional props to challenge all fitness levels. This class emphasizes core strength and includes dynamic and functional movements for an invigorating full-body workout set to upbeat music. Perfect for both people new to Pilates and those with prior experience. An active BRIC membership is required to register. Non-members may purchase a day pass and register for classes at the BRIC front desk. Registration opens 24 hours prior to the start of class.
