Pound is a cardio jam class filled with energizing and inspired movements by playing the drums. It is an exhilarating full body workout using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks that members can use to rock out and get an effective workout. Pound combines cardio, strength training and Pilates inspired movements, allowing for all fitness levels to gain a sweat-dripping and fun workout.
