Mindfulness – the ability to focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment.
You may have heard of the many benefits of practicing mindfulness but sitting down to meditate can be quite challenging. In these workshops, you'll learn unique ways on how you can practice mindfulness in everyday life. We'll go beyond seated meditation and discuss how you can achieve this through movement, out in nature, or even in the classroom. 

Join us for a series of group sessions where you'll learn actionable steps you can take to implement mindfulness practice into your daily routine. Each session will be co-facilitated by one of our fitness professionals and a CAPS counselor. Sessions do not have to be attended in succession. No previous experience is necessary. 

Online registration has a minimum age requirement of 18. If under 18, please email bricmemberships@cpp.edu for assistance. Registration open to Cal Poly Pomona students only.
