Kettle & Pedal is a dynamic class designed to develop both strength and cardio levels. Each session will be a new combination of rides and kettlebell exercises in timed intervals designed for all fitness levels to challenge you in a safe and effective manner. An active BRIC membership is required to register. Non-members may purchase a day pass and register for classes at the BRIC front desk. Registration opens 24 hours prior to the start of class.
