Hatha Yoga offers a framework for practitioners to connect to their bodies through breath awareness and postural alignment, to improve their flexibility and stamina, exercise their agility and power, and enjoy the pleasure of movement in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. An active BRIC membership is required to register. Non-members may purchase a day pass and register for classes at the BRIC front desk. Registration opens 24 hours prior to the start of class.
