A follow-along group fitness event led by your Personal Trainer team at the BRIC! Whether this be an upper-body focused, lower-body focused, or full-body workout, you are guaranteed to get your sweat on with other members of our community. An experienced trainer there will not only be a resource for correct form and instruction, but as well to do all movements with you! This event will be of beginner-moderate difficulty, making it open to anyone regardless of your level of experience in fitness. All workout equipment and variations for movements will also be provided. Specific accommodations for individuals are also available upon request.
