Barre is a fun low-impact workout that combines ballet inspired movements with Pilates mat exercises and light weights. You’ll strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and enjoy a full-body workout, all set to energizing music. All fitness levels welcome, no dance experience required. An active BRIC membership is required to register. Non-members may purchase a day pass and register for classes at the BRIC front desk. Registration opens 24 hours prior to the start of class.
