If you’re looking for a fun, interactive workout, then Aqua Circuit group fitness classes hosted at the BRIC pool are perfect for you! All students are welcome to participate, regardless of experience. Workouts are designed to last 45 to 50 minutes. Workouts consist of combined land and aquatic exercises to create a fun, dynamic community. Our Aqua Circuit class includes laps using various swim strokes with exercise equipment.
