Our Aqua Aerobics class is a combination of cardio and resistance training workouts. The class may incorporate resistance equipment, such as water weights and buoyant belts. Swimmers of all levels are welcome to join in this non-competitive atmosphere! Online registration has a minimum age requirement of 18. If under 18, please email bricmemberships@cpp.edu for assistance. This program is available to the CPP campus community only.
