The snooze button is definitely my best friend, so I think it’s safe to say I’m not much of a morning person. And because of this, I tend to walk out of the house without having any breakfast. Terrible, I know. I’m not a nutrition expert, but I know that not eating breakfast only makes things worse for me in the long run.

Recently, a friend of mine introduced me to a grab-and-go breakfast recipe that has become a game changer. Maybe you’ve heard of this little breakfast miracle called overnight oats? And if you haven’t, you’re welcome.

So if you’re anything like me or want a quick and easy breakfast, here are five of my favorite Quaker Oats overnight oats recipes to help with your morning struggles:

Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients: Quaker Oats, low-fat milk (you can always switch this out of course), chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, bananas, peanut butter and honey.

One of my favorite comfort foods is peanut butter and banana sandwiches, so when I saw this recipe I had to try it. If you love the peanut butter and banana combo, then this is sure to be a favorite for you as well. Get the exact recipe here.

Chocolate Almond Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients: Quaker Oats, low-fat milk, plain yogurt, almond butter, bananas, dark chocolate, chia seeds, honey and a pinch of salt.

Apple Cinnamon Crunch Overnight Oats

Ingredients: Quaker Oats, milk (or apple cider), diced apples, honey, cinnamon and granola.
