Founded in 1995, award-winning Marketing, Design & Public Relations is one of the most respected marketing groups at Cal Poly Pomona. It maintains its creativity and dynamic marketing strategies through an experienced, talented student and professional staff in combination with the use of today’s most cutting edge technology. Marketing, Design & Public Relations, ASI‘s marketing department, is recognized for its highly creative external and internal communication services. Our goal is to connect our customers to their audience with a fresh and innovative solution. The department prides itself in being an eclectic and effective group of students and professionals.

Marketing, Design and Public Relations provides the campus and local community the opportunity to utilize our experience-driven, competitively-priced, design and marketing communications services. Some of the services we provide are: Logo Design, Brochure Design, Digital Bulletin Boards, and Event/Program Poster Design. For questions and to get started, email asimdprops@cpp.edu.

ASI Facility Media Pass Procedures
We are implementing a new media pass system for any and all coverage taking place in ASI facilities, which include the BRIC, BSC, and Children’s Center.
Any writer, editor, photographer, videographer, etc. must email asi@cpp.edu 3 business days prior to the request for media coverage. Once approved, the individual covering must check in at the BRIC front desk or C&E desk to obtain a media pass. The media pass must be worn at all times while covering in the facility and must be returned upon their exit.
This email needs to include the following for the media request:
- Date
- Time
- Location
- Names of everyone coming for coverage
- Event name/occasion for media request
- Photo/Video coverage requested

Print Is your club or department in need of fun and exciting marketing for upcoming events or meetings? If so, the Print Creative Request form can be used for various marketing items including but not limited to posters, banners, flyers, stakes, sleeves, and postcards. When deciding on a deadline date, the minimum lead time for all print requests is 4 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date our team receives your purchase order (PO). Once your request has been submitted, a member of our team will contact you. Note: Once our team provides you with an estimate, a PO or form of payment will be required to move your project forward. Merchandise/Swag Giveaways! If you need giveaway items, then this is the request form for you. The Merchandise/Swag Creative Request form can be completed for items including but not limited to pens, notebooks, water bottles, keychains, and many other standard giveaway items that are not considered clothing. The minimum deadline for all merch requests is a minimum of 6 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date our team receives your purchase order (PO). Once your request has been submitted, a member of our team will contact you. Note: Once our team provides you with an estimate, a PO or form of payment will be required to move your project forward. Apparel Are you looking to order items that someone may wear such as T-shirts, socks, hats, bandanas, beanies, etc.? Then, we can help you! Just complete the Apparel Creative Request form with detailed information regarding your request. The minimum deadline for all apparel requests is a minimum of 6 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the PO is received by our team.
