Welcome to ASI Employment

At Associated Students, Inc, (ASI), Cal Poly Pomona (CPP), we thrive to create meaningful work experiences for you. As a learning organization, we give you opportunities to learn from your experiences and encourage you to learn something new every day. Unlike most work environments you may be familiar with, we utilize team learning, co-creation, and adaptability to best serve the dynamic needs of our students in the most efficient, fiscally responsible way possible.

Currently, the guiding ideas of the organization are “under construction” as the team re-imagines its vision, mission, and core values. You can be a part of that process! We create psychologically safe spaces for you to come to work as your whole, true self and are eager to learn from you through your lived experiences. We value your wellness—not just mind and body, but your overall sense of belonging. So, what are you waiting for? Start your next employment experience off right and apply to work with ASICPP—where learn-by-doing is only half the fun!
