ASI Gear Rental Center (GRC)
The BRIC now offers gear rentals for your own personal outdoor adventures! Camping and backpacking gear is available to BRIC members for a low cost to help you get outside. Gear is offered on a first come first serve basis at our front desk.

If you are interested in renting gear, please fill out this form. After filling out the form, we will reach out to you to schedule a pick-up time for your gear.
Terms and Conditions
- Adventure within your limits. Improper use of this equipment can lead to injury and/or death.
- It is your responsibility to examine the equipment upon receiving it to make sure it is in good working order and all the pieces are present.
- Equipment returned wet or excessively dirty will be charged a $30 cleaning fee.
- Equipment is due on the date stated in the Agreement. Late fees are charged daily at a rate equivalent to the 1-4 day rate assigned to the item until the equipment is returned. If item is not returned within 8 days of the due date, item is deemed lost and a replacement fee will be charged.
- If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged for the full retail value of the item.
- Any repair or replacement fees will be charged after equipment has been inspected by equipment maintenance staff. Equipment is inspected within 3 business days of the date returned.
- If any applicable fees are left unpaid, your rental privileges and/or BRIC membership may be put on hold until fees are paid in full.
