Small Group Training
Group training provides semi-private personal training. These sessions are led by certified personal trainers and allow members to receive personalized training for a fraction of the cost. Spaces are limited. See below for prices and description.
Cardiovascular exercise with resistance training to build strength and burn calories in a 30 minute interval training class. For individuals that are low on time and would like a high intensity, full-body workout.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00-4:30pm
Members $5/session or $40/semester
