Small Group Training
Group training provides semi-private personal training. These sessions are led by certified personal trainers and allow members to receive personalized training for a fraction of the cost. Spaces are limited. See below for prices and description.
Incorporating cardiovascular exercise with resistance training to build strength and burn calories in a 30 minute interval training class. For individuals that are low on time and would like a high intensity, full-body workout.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6:00 p.m.
Members $40 promotional package pricing for the first week, $5 drop-in (single session), $16 for 4 sessions, $32 for 8 sessions.
Non Members $80 promotional package pricing for the first week, $10 drop-in (single session), $32 for 4 sessions, $64 for 8 sessions.
