Advanced Boxing

Overview

Clinic builds upon Beginner Boxing Clinic. Participants will be required to complete the beginner course to register to ensure safety and appropriate progression of instruction.

Beginner Boxing

Overview

Learn the basics of kicks, punches, and movement patterns utilizing heavy bags and small equipment. Improve core conditioning and functional strength. This clinic introduces beginner level kickboxing skills and drills. No previous experience required.

Reformer Bar Clinic

Overview

This clinic introduces beginner level exercises using the reformer bar, bands, balls, and mat work.

No previous experience required.

Food is Fuel: Nutirtion Series

Overview

45 minute lecture format to learn about two trending nutrition topics: Supplementation and Meal Prep These topics are meant to improve daily living and overall quality of life. Learn material grounded in scientific research, ask questions in an open forum format while having the opportunity to participate in hands-on demonstrations.
