Come and learn about Olympic Weightlifting with one of our USAW Certified coaches. Sessions will include practical portion to practice techniques covered in lecture portion.

Body Project (partnership with Counseling and Psychological Services)

Description

A 4 week body-acceptance program to improve body satisfaction and resist pressures to conform to unrealistic image standards. Guided by Student leaders, the Body Project is a safe space to explore issues of identity, culture and self-acceptance.
