Beginner Boxing

Learn the basics of kicks, punches, and movement patterns utilizing heavy bags and small equipment. Improve core conditioning and functional strength. This clinic introduces beginner level kickboxing skills and drills. No previous experience required. (This is a prerequisite for Advanced Boxing)

This clinic introduces beginner level exercises using the reformer bar, bands, balls and mat work.

Ski & Snowboard Conditioning

Get ready to hit the slopes this winter with this small group training alongside a certified personal trainer. Learn various exercises to increase endurance and strength in the various muscles used during skiing and snowboarding. By increasing strength and stabilization, participants will decrease the risk of common injuries while improving overall performance.
