Group Fitness

Tired of the treadmill? Join the Bronco community for a great workout in a group setting. Our group fitness program provides a variety of classes including mind/body, strength, cardio, and dance. Each class is designed and taught by certified instructors. Group fitness classes welcome individuals of all fitness levels.

All BRIC members and guests are eligible to participate in group fitness classes.

Classes are 55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.

Strength & Tone

Core Express

25 Minutes
Focus on improving everyday functionality of your abdominals to increase strength using floor and mat based exercises.


Butts ‘n Guts

25 Minutes
Targets glutes, lower body and core through a combination of small isolated movements and large dynamic movements to tone, lift and tighten.



55 Minutes
Utilize gravity and body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously through strength training and cardio.



55 Minutes
This circuit based class involves using conventional methods and a variety of high-intensity group intervals to improve strength, agility, muscle mass and endurance.

Upperbody Pump

Targets all the muscle groups in your upper body with a variety of equipment and exercises.
