Tired of the treadmill? Join the Bronco community for a great workout in a group setting. Each class is designed and taught by certified instructors; our group fitness programs provide a variety of classes including mind & body, strength training, cardio, dance, and martial arts. Registration opens 24 hours prior to the start of the class.

Class Descriptions

Classes are 55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.



55 Minutes

Fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Country Heat

55 Minutes

Country dance-inspired workout that’s unlike any other workout you’ve tried. Packed with your favorite country hits and simple steps, each class is a full-filled, calorie-scorching good time.

Mind & Body

Mat Pilates

55 Minutes

This is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movement.

Bosu Mat Workout

55 Minutes

This “pumped-up” version of Pilates combines traditional core strengthening exercises using the support and balance challenging BOSU ball. With various high-energy exercises.

Explore various guided meditations to refocus attention on breath and relax the mind to manage and lessen the effects of everyday stress.


Suspension Pilates

55 Minutes

A full-body workout incorporating the use of suspension trainers with traditional Pilates and Yoga style movement to challenge your strength, coordination, and flexibility.

Hatha Yoga

55 Minutes

An ongoing exploration into the art and science of yoga, this class will focus on alignment, movement, and breathe in an inclusive and supportive environment. Class appropriate for all levels.

Kundalini Yoga

55 Minutes

Kundalini yoga is a great way to quiet the mind, relax the body, and re-center yourself. Unlike other types of yoga that emphasize stretching and flexibility, kundalini yoga uses a powerful combination of breathing techniques, meditations, exercises, and postures to help you release stress and manage it better in the future. Kundalini yoga helps you declutter your “inner desktop” so you can focus better on what matters most to you. It’s fun, it’s funky, and every class is different.



Foam Rolling

55 Minutes

A full self-massage class that helps soothe tight, sore areas (known as “trigger points” and speed up muscle recovery. Help muscle relieving tension.

Martial Arts

Jiu Jitsu

55 Minutes

Jiu Jitsu is a grappling based martial art that focuses on using leverage and positioning to control an opponent’s body. Stand up as well as ground-based techniques and strategies for self-defense and competition.

Self-Defense/Martial Arts

55 Minutes

An introduction to various martial arts and self-defense concepts from around the world to include, but not limited to groundwork (Jiu-jitsu) stand up (Kickboxing), and weaponry (Filipino Martial Arts).

Filipino Martial Arts

55 Minutes

Blunt and edged weapons training which utilizes traditional theories and techniques to develop personal self-protection skills for the modern world.

Tae Kwon Do

55 Minutes

Basics and Fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do: Balance/Stability, Coordination, Strength, and Range of motion.


55 Minutes

High energy class that alternates cardiovascular and strengthening movements with the fundamental and techniques of kickboxing.


55 Minutes

Format design to teach fundamental punches and movement patterns utilizing variety of equipment. All equipment is provided in the clinic. No previous experience required.

Strength Training

Utilize gravity and body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously through strength training and cardio.

Focus on isometric strength training while doing high reps of pulsing exercises using the ballet barre, light hand weights, and resistance bands to strengthen the entire body.

Push your body to the limit using unconventional methods and experience an intense and rigorous workout to improve strength and fitness.

This circuit-based class involves using conventional methods and a variety of high-intensity group intervals to improve strength, agility, muscle mass and endurance.

Kettlebell Circuit

Train using dynamic movements to improve your endurance, strength, balance and agility.

BroncoFit is a High Intensity Functional Training class which will include any kind of movement, from weightlifting, to gymnastics moves, to body weight exercises. Every class is different, so you never know what to expect, except that it will be a great workout!

Bronco Burn

55 Minutes

Incorporating cardiovascular exercise with resistance training to build strength and burn calories in an efficient manner. For individuals that are low on time and would like a high intensity, full-body workout.

Olympic Weightlifting

55 Minutes

Learn fundamentals of the snatch and clean and jerk: introduction to the lifts, an opportunity to practice these lifts to reinforce movement patterns involved in proper execution of these lifts and provide you with a full body workout.


TurboKick® LIVE

55 Minutes

Combines traditional kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for an unbelievable calorie burn. You’ll have a blast getting into knockout shape—learning hard-hitting combos and edgy dance moves.

Aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This is an interval class combination of full-body strength training with high-intensity-cardio bursts designed to improve your endurance.

Total-body workout that will keep your body guessing—and transforming—with a variety of strength-training moves, cardio conditioning, and core work. In every class you’ll tone strong, lean muscle, and together, you’ll bust through any plateau that stands in your way.

Bronco Smash

Join us for a heart pounding cardio and strengthening class! BroncoSmash gives you the full body workout you are looking for. Using weighted sandbags, we will smash our way into a crazy, calorie burning frenzy!
