Tired of the treadmill? Join the Bronco community for a great workout in a group setting. Our group fitness program provides a variety of classes including mind/body, strength, cardio, and dance. Each class is designed and taught by certified instructors. Group fitness classes welcome individuals of all fitness levels. All equipment is provided and classes are open to all fitness levels. No previous experience is necessary.
All BRIC members and guests are eligible to participate in group fitness classes.

- Register through recportal up to 24 hours in advance
- Head to the studio at the start of class!
Classes are 55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.
Strength & Tone
STRONG by Zumba
Combination of body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
Butts & Guts
Targets glutes, lower body and core through a combination of small isolated movements and large dynamic movements to tone, lift and tighten.
Focus on improving everyday functionality of your abdominals to increase strength using floor and mat based exercises.
Utilize gravity and body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously through strength training and cardio.
Focus on isometric strength training while doing high reps of small range-of-motion movements using the ballet barre.

Learn the Pilates Mat repertoire along with various adaptations to develop and increase muscle strength, coordination, balance and flexibility with proper body alignment and form.

Mat Pilates with Equipment
This class expands on the basics of Pilates by adding equipment to challenge and tone your body.

Cardio & Endurance
Revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX interval Training. INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, and faster results.
High energy cardio class that includes a mixture of flats, hills and sprints to feel the power in your core and legs at any ability level.
