FitFloat Strength & Stretch

Want to take your yoga, pilates, or interval training to the next level? Take a step out onto the surface of the BRIC pool on our new FitFloat Stand Up Paddle Boards for a new kind of challenge in your workout routine.

Water Polo Workout Social

Overview

Interested in playing some water polo in your spare time? Come out to the BRIC pool to experience our workout social where you can play some pick-up games with other members. This workout social is open to any experience water polo player, however, there will not be an instructor during these times.

Group Swimming

Overview

Group Swimming is a class geared towards those who wish to practice and improve their swimming skills. Participants will be training is a group setting while receiving coaching from a qualified instructor. You will get a great workout while also improving your strokes. Classes consist of swim sets with technique feedback from the instructor. Novice to advanced swimmers are welcome.

Participants must be able to swim 25 yards.
