Description

Come participate in an outdoor, high intensity workout incorporating both land and water stations.

Aqua Aerobics*

Description

Cool off in the water and participate in an instructor led workout that will work your cardio and increase your strength through low impact movements.

Fitfloat Strength & Stretch**

Description

Come test your balance on top of the water on our Fitfloat boards that combine yoga and interval workouts.

Water Polo Open Net***

Description

Come out to the BRIC pool to experience our workout social where you can play some pick-up games with other members. Open Net time is open to anyone interested in water polo.

Come join us at the pool to swim your tail off with organized workout sets provided to you by your BRIC aquatics’ coaches.
