Feeling a little gray? Wondering when you will finally be able to see in color again?
Come down to the third-annual Night of Colors event put on by the Multicultural Council (MCC!)
This event is co-sponsored by Student Interest Council (SIC), and the Associated Students, Inc. Bronco Events and Activities Team. (ASI BEAT)
This time, Night of Colors is getting an afternoon edition as well with the Day of Colors.
Part one of the two part event, Day of Colors, will start at U-hour at the University Plaza on Thursday, May 23. Day of Colors will kick off with club food sales and cultural performances by fellow CPP students.
Part two of the event, Night of Colors, will take place later that same day, at the University Plaza from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The nighttime part of the event will have crafts, live music, entertainment and free food. The whole event is free to students.
There will also be color throwing every half hour. Have you heard of Color Run, where participants run a 5K and become plastered in different colors? It’s kind of like that! Once the sun goes down, there’s going to be a glow party. The first 100 students to arrive will get free T-shirts from the SIC!
Wear your old, ripped jeans and worn-down T-shirt and grab your friends for a night of colorful fun. Be prepared to look like a rainbow at the end of the event!
