Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) Campus Recreation presents the new Lunch & Learn hands-on demonstration series that will introduce you to fitness education while you munch on a complimentary lunch.
That’s right! Free food will be provided to accompany your fitness education endeavors. Space is limited. Register today for the Lunch & Learn fitness education program at the Bronco Recreation and Intramural Complex (BRIC, Bldg. 42).
All programs will be presented in the Bronco Student Center, Andromeda Suite (BSC, Bldg. 35-2341).
WOMEN AND WEIGHTS
Thursday, Oct. 16 from 12:15-1 p.m.
- Attend the Women and Weights learning session to dispel the myths associated with women and weight lifting.
REACH YOUR FITNESS GOALS
Tuesday, Nov. 18 from 12:15-1 p.m.
- Learn how to Reach Your Fitness Goals with the top ten tips for starting and sticking with an exercise program.
BRIC members may register for these informational sessions free of charge.
