HR Systems and Compensation supports ASI employees by ensuring reliable HR systems, accurate payroll, and fair, compliant compensation programs. The team manages HR and payroll systems of record, oversees pay accuracy and timeliness, and administers job classifications and salary structures for student, part-time, and full-time staff. Partnering with leadership, Finance, IT, and campus stakeholders, the team delivers data-driven insights and process improvements that enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
