Worried that your workout routine will fall away the minute that classes are over? Don’t fear – the Bronco Fitness Center will be open five days a week over the summer holiday!
If you live near campus, don’t miss out on this great opportunity — come to the BFC to workout. It will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. every Monday through Thursday, and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays.
It’s only $18 for a student membership, which is much cheaper than LA Fitness or 24 Hour Fitness. Both are at least $35 dollars a month for membership.
If you want to do something other than just running on a treadmill, the BFC will be holding Boot Camp. There will be two sessions, the first from June 24 to July 24, on Monday and Wednesday from either 12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. or 6:15 p.m. to 7 p.m. The first week is free!
The second session is from July 29 to August 28. The dates and times are the same for the second session as they are for the first session.
These Boot Camp sessions will include a before and after body assessment that will record your personal improvement throughout the session. It will be held in the Group X room in the BFC, and will be $30 for members and $40 for nonmembers.
Don’t have a membership yet? Get one while you still can! The membership includes: one health start orientation assessment, free group exercise classes and equipment rental access. Check out the BFC page for more details.
