Ever wanted to participate in a triathlon but didn’t know whether you could last all three events? Now’s your chance to learn the proper techniques and train for one!

Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) Campus Recreation will be hosting a Triathlon instructional program called Try-A-Tri. The program is April 6 to May 6, every Monday and Wednesday from 5-6:30 at the Bronco Recreation and Intramural Complex (BRIC, Bldg. 42). The program will focus on teaching students what to expect from a triathlon and how to prepare for it.

The program will end with a mini-triathlon in which students can practice what they have learned by swimming in the BRIC pool, running on the indoor track and biking in the cycling studio.

Students interested in participating in the instructional program can register at the front Member Services desk in the BRIC. Student members can register for $30; and $38 for all other members.

For more information, visit the Campus Rec website, call (909) 869-2109 or visit the BRIC in building 42!
