Matey Madness: An Arrr-some Adventure

Matey Madness: An Arrr-some Adventure

Ahoy, mateys! Did ya hop on board for the Matey Madness expedition last Friday? No? Aaarggg! Blimey, you missed quite an adventure. There were plenty of activities to keep lads and lassies from thinking about their finals (at least temporarily).

Attendees were treated to some of the usual treats like hotdogs, chips and the ever so popular cupcake decorating.

For those extra talented people on board, the karaoke machine was open for anyone who wanted to belt out a tune (or two) and belted out a tune they did, indeed. “Mr. Brightside” by the Killers was a popular choice.

There was free play all night in the Games Room Etc., and a dance party in Ursa Minor for anyone who wanted to bust a move and dance the night away.

Booty was found at the Gas Creative Group table where they were handing out the scavenger hunt game and giving free SWAG for “following” ASI social media sites.

Pirates took on the challenge of navigating through the Amazing Maze and Big Island obstacle course.

Some mateys opted for more mellow activities and showed off their creativity by decorating bandannas and eye patches.

All this was happening while two men dressed as pirates roamed around the BSC, wreaking havoc and adding to the fun!
